It depends on your licence country. Singapore, UK, Australia, US, Irish, and New Zealand licence holders can drive in Malaysia without an IDP. Indonesian, Indian, UAE, Saudi Arabian, Hong Kong, and Chinese licence holders need a valid International Driving Permit alongside their national licence. We accept all legitimate IDPs with no additional surcharge.

A fully refundable deposit of RM200–RM500+ is collected at pickup, depending on the vehicle class and rental duration. Bring your valid driving licence (international licence accepted) and a copy of your passport or Malaysian IC.

Clear immigration, collect your baggage, and walk through to the Arrivals Hall. Our team will be waiting with a name board at the designated meeting point. Before you meet us, pick up a Touch 'n Go card at the Arrivals Hall counter — you'll need it for highway tolls on the drive to KL. From touchdown to driving away typically takes 30–45 minutes. Our international guests from Singapore, Indonesia, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia choose us because we coordinate the full handover in English with no platform middlemen.
KLIA (Terminal 1) handles full-service and long-haul carriers: Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Thai Airways land here. KLIA2 (Terminal 2), about 2 km away, is Malaysia's budget airline hub — AirAsia (including long-haul AirAsia X), Scoot, Lion Air, and Cebu Pacific use KLIA2. The two terminals are connected by a free shuttle bus. Always check your boarding pass to confirm which terminal you're arriving at before booking pickup — we need to be at the right hall.
