A refundable security deposit applies to every rental and is handled separately at pickup, not as part of your online payment. It is released within 14 days after the vehicle is returned and final inspection is completed, subject to deductions and pending charges, with any deductions itemised; the time for the refund to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Same-to-same fuel policy applies. We hand over the car with a documented fuel level and you return it at the same level. No pre-purchase fuel charges.

If your driving licence is in English (UK, Australia, Singapore, US), you can rent without an IDP. For all other languages, an International Driving Permit or certified English translation is required. We accept all legitimate IDPs with no international-driver surcharge.
