At KLIA or KLIA 2, MJ Adventure Travel arranges a meet-and-greet at the arrivals hall. Your booking confirmation includes the exact meeting point and driver contact number.
All MJ Adventure Travel rentals include basic roadside assistance. Our support line is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily (Kuala Lumpur time). Outside these hours, messages are handled the next business day.

A refundable hold of RM 200 – RM 500+ is placed on your card at pick-up to cover potential charges. It is released after the car is returned in good condition, subject to your bank's processing time.
Online bookings are charged in MYR at the time of reservation. Any additional charges at pick-up or return are also settled in MYR.
MJ Adventure Travel accepts Visa and Mastercard for all rentals. Long-term and corporate bookings may also be settled by bank transfer on request.
